In celebration of the 50th anniversary of Flashback club, Edmontons premier dance club for the gay community and its supporters welcomes you to the reunion we have all been waiting for this coming May long weekend!
Featuring the original groundbreaking music of Flashback with Dj Mikee, drag performance by the immortal Twiggy, signature drinks and most importantly the memories each of you will bring and share. Host venue – Evolution Wonderlounge – is going back in time to bring you the special club music and atmosphere of the 70s and 80s that defined our party years.

Flashback 50th Friday Pre-party – Friday, May 17, 2024

We will also be hosting a warm up Alternative and 90s party at Club 9910 on Friday May 17th (tickets at door).

This is the Pre Party (Friday 17th @9910) to the main even (Saturday 18th @Evolution). Come back in time with us to celebrate the underground and alternative side of the famous Flashback club. Goth / Alternative / New Wave / Industrial / EBM / Techno the club was a lifeline to the scene.
Welcome old-school Dj Dada (Rob Gordon) back from Vancouver Island to spin the classics, as well as Dj Diabolik (your host) and maybe even some surprise guests. We may even mix in some early 90s guilty pleasures if the mood fits.
